Specially Adapted Mobility Suite
Room 23 is positioned on the top floor, accessible directly via our 1-metre wide passenger elevator with zero threshold steps. Features 80cm wide doorways, roll-in shower cubicle with support rails (no bathtub obstruction), toilet assistance grab rails, in-room medication refrigeration, and emergency call cords.
Valet parking is provided at our main entrance, and portable ramps ensure easy access to drawing rooms and terrace dining.

Dog-Friendly Hotel Breaks
Dogs are considered part of the family at Whatley Manor. We welcome well-trained canines across our 12 acres of gardens, meadows, and dedicated ground-floor rooms.
Inclusions & Guidelines (£40 Nightly Supplement):
- In-Room Amenities: Luxury dog basket sized to breed, water & feeding bowls, dog toy, welcome letter, and curated Cotswold walking maps.
- Age & Training: Dogs must be housebroken and past puppyhood (minimum 1 year old). Please notify us in advance for breeds larger than a Labrador.
- Estate Etiquette: Leads required in public gardens and meadows. Dogs are warmly welcomed in Drawing Rooms and Lounges (where Grey’s menu and Afternoon Tea can be served).
- Dining Restriction: For food safety and comfort, dogs are strictly prohibited inside The Dining Room and Grey's Restaurant (assistance dogs permitted throughout).

Reservation Policies & Stay Details
- Deposit Terms: A 30% deposit is required at time of booking (100% prepayment for non-refundable promotions). Group bookings (4–9 rooms) require 30% deposit.
- Cancellation Notice: Individual rooms require 72 hours cancellation notice prior to 3:00 PM on arrival day. Group bookings require 14 days notice.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Residential guests enjoy Aquarias Spa access from 1:00 PM on arrival to 1:00 PM on departure day.
- Child Policy: Guests aged 12 years and older are warmly welcomed across bedrooms and spa facilities.
- Service Charge: A discretionary 10% service charge is added at departure and shared across the entire team.
